aFe Power is proud to introduce the all new Takeda Retain Stage-2 air intake system for 2006-2014 Lexus IS 250/350 with V6-2.5L/3.5L engines. In aFe's testing, this Stage-2 intake resulted in +13 horsepower and 11 lbs. x ft. of torque max gain and outflowed the factory intake by 22%.
This highly engineered system features a one-piece, durable 18-gauge, powder-coated heat-shield and either a mandrel bent, wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tube or polished aluminum intake tube. The air filter frame is constructed using 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Improving airflow further is a large 5” tall washable/reusable conical air filter, which is mated to a 3-angle adaptor for a smooth transition from the filter in to the intake tube. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware for installation.

Large 5-Layer Performance Air Filter:
This intake system utilizes a pre-oiled, large 5" tall conical 360 degree radial flow performance air filter with 5-layers of progressive finer mesh cotton media providing maximum airflow and performance.
One-Piece Heat Shield:
Sturdy 18 Gauge Powder-Coated One-Piece Heat Shield blocks performance-robbing engine heat. This heat shield requires no assembly and uses factory mounting locations for fast and easy installation.
Mandrel-Bent Tubing:
A 3" One-Piece Mandrel-Bent Wrinkle-Black Powder-Coated Intake Tube directs unrestricted airflow from the massive filter to the turbo for more horsepower and torque.
3-Angle Adaptor:
The 3-angle adaptor is used to speed up the airflow after the air filter for improved performance and throttle response.
