SHIPPING
Never Ending Details ships via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Most orders leave same day or next business day. If you are in need of a part faster or want to verify time frame, message us for further details. APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders are subject to higher rates. Please contact us with any questions before ordering an item. For International orders please email us for further details and pricing. We ship via USPS International Priority Mail and DHL where applicable. Insurance will be included in all international orders, however it does not include any duties taxes or fees you may incur from you local customs office.
RETURNS
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Item must be in original unopened and re sellable condition. All electronic items and Exhaust products are not returnable for any reason. This includes but is not limited to power programmers, video cameras, ignition coils, sensors, catalytic converters, mufflers, exhaust systems, etc. All Subaru Master Gasket Kits sales are final.
